JFC shall hire a minimum of three qualified applicants under the policy—two elderly individuals and one PWD.
Senior citizens shall be assigned to work for not more than four hours a day in shifts between 8 a.m. to 12 noon or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for five days a week.
For PWDs, they may be assigned to work in a shift applied to regular crew employees of JFC but not to exceed eight hours a day.

Qualified elderly and PWDs shall be stationed in service and/or customer areas only and shall perform the following tasks as customer relations staff:
- Assists customers by giving information about products and responding to other related inquiries
- Assists in taking down orders from customers who are already seated in the dining area or refer to the dining crew for second transaction order and possible suggestive selling
- Assists customer by following-up pending orders
- Assists in presenting orders to customers at Drive-Thru Window 2
- Acts as party ushers for Jollibee Kiddie Party
- In-charge of distribution and collection of customer surveys
- Helps in ensuring standards of cleanliness in the service area by spotting surface that needs cleaning
- Assists in wiping of tables and prepares it for incoming customers
The qualified elderly and PWD shall be entitled to compensation equal to prevailing minimum wage and shall be adjusted for as often as new minimum wage rates are implemented.
They are also entitled to receive proportionate 13th month pay and service incentives and shall be included in the group medical insurance to be secured by the JFC.
To qualify for the temporary employment program, senior citizens must be 60 years old and above; pass physical, medical, and laboratory exams and be certified as fit to work.
For PWDs, the individual must be deaf and mute (subject to subsequent inclusion of other differently-abled individuals) and must pass physical, medical, and laboratory exams and be certified as fit to work.
